I’ve just finished a short, low-and-slow run. And I mean┬ájust – I’m still dripping and haven’t taken my shoes off yet. Today was a 30-40 minute low intensity run. My third workout since the race on Saturday. I’m surprised at how long it is taking for me to feel recovered. Monday I took a short swim – about 2000 meters, low intensity. In a bit of a rut it seems

I am thinking it is definitely temporary but I’ve been in a bit of a rut lately. Cycling is going mostly well, and yesterday I managed to get some pool time in. Still haven’t run since last Tuesday though. The rut is a small one. My workout this morning was frustrating. I just couldn’t seem to hit the power target.
