One Weird Thing – Terra Beata Tart Cherry Juice – helps reduce inflammation and works wonders and helping me sleep through the night. Lots of documented medical studies on benefits of Tart Cherry Juice.
Sports Drinks – I generally avoid but I think that’s mostly because I haven’t found one that I love. Sometimes I use Gatorade and in races I’ve used HEED but no real loyalty here.
